On the occasion of the completion of this phase of our home we wanted to be sure that you all know how appreciative we are of your craftsmanship, professionalism and superior attitude.
Martin Luther King once said that faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase. Building a home, much less a log home, can be daunting and is a far cry from reviewing magazines and talking to folks. The decisions, designs, and all the rest can be overwhelming. GreatLand not only made it easy, but we truly believe that the care and attention to detail you put into this project, our home, ‘True North’, reflects the same attention you would put into a home housing your own families. We are grateful to you for that.
These logs, these magnificent walls, beams and structures, will form the nucleus of our home. Only God knows what the future holds for any of us. We hope that this home will be a place of peace, a place of refuge, and a place where friends and family will gather through the generations. This is our true north… after decades of travel and service and more than a decade of war, this place is our touchstone, this house, our life’s center. The logs, the trees, are spectacular. The warmth of these logs, the beauty of trees will be forever present here, and these fantastic logs have won not only the sky here, but our hearts. Thank you to GreatLand, to the Williams family from this Williams family. We will always remember your efforts in helping us attain our dream, our home, peace, and for helping us to find true north here at 10,000 feet.
